So do you put which houses you want or do they tell you which 2 houses want you and on bud day you get a bid from one of those house and the houses decide with each other houses?

An algorithm does the matching. The houses do not consult with each other during rush.

There is no way for Phi Mu to know that Kylan put them as #1, if she did. Their choices are submitted independent from each other. Houses don’t see how PNM’s rank them.
