How do you avoid being a sweaty mess in AL heat?
by: OOS PNMI’m so nervous I’m going to be a sweaty mess, hair frizzy and makeup melting off me from walking all over in Alabama humidity during rush!! Any advice from you southerners??? I’m pretty sure we’ll have to look lovely and put together as we walk into each house.

It's going to be in the 90s all week, so stay hydrated. Seriously. Girls have passed out from dehydration.
Agree that you should go light on the make up. Lots of heavy make up layers and contour will melt and smudge and your face will look muddy. I used the Nars tinted moisturizer as my only foundation, plus a bit of blush, waterproof mascara and lip gloss. Did my brows too obviously.
Put your hair up in a claw clip between houses, or put it up for the whole day in a cute ponytail.

Ong the satin dresses are not the right choice for pref - rushed the sweetest girl last year (she got a bid too) but she wore this pink satin dress that was so pretty but there was sweat EVERYWHERE including her pits and crotch. She was so embarrassed. We laughed it off but seriously - don't wear satin.
