We’re talking about quality, not quantity. 400 Cheeto spray tan girls with bad reps wanting Zeta are not the same as 300 smart, classy girls with clean reps wanting AGD. The better group of girls may be smaller, but it makes AGD a better house.
Do you understand the difference?
Let me explain it this way, too: there are three general groups of girls rushing.
1. Top pnms that want Old Row. Any Old Row they don’t care which one. (7 houses in this group): PM, DDD, KD, XO, KKG, AGD, AXO
2. Lower-GPA girls that only want looks-focused houses and wannabe influencers (3 houses to choose from if you want to loosely put GPB in this category). ZTA, APhi, GPB
3. Girls that don’t care about Old Row and don’t want a looks/influencer house. Seven in this group: (DZ, PBP, DG, AOPi, ADPi, SK, Theta)

GPHI is equal to DZ in looks and GPHI had literally one influencer who has graduated. Why do you keep separating them? They’re carving their own lane similar to DZ and not trying to be ZTA or APHI.

Y’all I’m really starting to feel bad for Gphi. Somebody is reaching hard to get them recognition. Any type of recognition. So wait now we categorize houses by “any OR”,“Looks”, and “girls that don’t want OR or looks”. Downright comical. You do know PNMs will actually be walking into the houses they get back and can see for themselves right?? Might wanna simmer down on the “Looks” house claim there.

It’s “u r” not “ur” wrong.
AGD not better than ZTA
1.One of the biggest scandals this year NOT classier.
2.Best GPA is good but not something that is going to put AGD over the top w PNMs. ZTA GPA is good too
3.ZTA more popularity and social. Frats love partying with them. Frats find AGD boring
4. AGD only appeals to religious Southern girls so it has a narrow appeal
5. AGD only swaps with OR frats that have short guys
6. AGD has an overbearing advisor that make girls miserable by senior year
7. AGD known for being one of the less social houses and not into partying
The point of going to college is to study, get a degree and be SOCIAL. AGD doesn’t really check the last box. They r boring and by senior year members r embarrassed to be in the house.

agd's only claim to fame is gpa and campus recognition, but that stuff is only beneficial to a small amount of girls in the house. most girls only stay in 4 years because they are southern and their parents make them. most hate it, find exec annoying, and hate advisors, they stay in for image come the 4th year. whereas zetas join for image, then later usually end up liking it enough to stay.

They are both 100% ranked higher than GPhi and APhi. I’m in an Old Row house and when we have to cut top girls you can see on their social media they end up at PBP, ADPi and and a little bit in DZ. They don’t go GPhi or APhi.

I am in or too and I can tell you that we do have girls at pref that end up at zeta and aphi.
I can't remember anyone going piphi or adpi since I have been in the house.
We had a couple go dz and gphi.
Maybe if adpi wasn't the 3rd smallest group and piphi was so consumed by their gpa picks then they could compete against dz and gphi more.

You must be a Phi Mu then. No respectable Old Row house has any interest in a girl that would end up in Zeta or Alpha Phi.

Alpha Gam and Zeta both had incredible rushes last year. They're not targeting the same PNMs because the vibe of each house is completely different. Ranking is dumb and pointless because every house at Bama is good. You just need to find your fit.
OR houses already have their lists of top PNMs(based on what they're looking for). Zeta probably has a list too, but they seem more open to taking girls they wind up liking during the process.
Theta is doing a really good job of highlighting their beautiful mansion on TT this year! OOS/OOR PNMs shouldn't sleep on Theta as great option in the face of Old Row cuts.

AGD is better than Zeta and here’s why:
1. Better reputation/classier girls/Old Row
2. #1 in GPA
3. Way more involved on campus
4. More political power/Machine clout
5. AGD appeals to a broader range of PNMs. Zeta’s appeal is very narrow - pretty girls that are grade and reputation risk girls.
6. AGD cross rushes with top houses
7. Zeta cross rushes with Alpha Phi and GPB.
8. Swaps with higher ranked fraternities
9. Doesn’t pledge clout-chasing influencers. Pledges girls that join sororities for the right reasons which is why AGDs retention is so much better.
10. Retention - girls pledge AGD to be there for four years. Girls pledge Zeta to get a hashtag and a few shirts. So many drop by junior year.
