How many actives live in the houses?

I just saw a TT from Kylan saying that 48 sophomores are living in the house. Did she mean that’s how many have moved in already? because there is no way those huge houses can afford to run with <50 girls total living in, right?

First of all, it’s a Zouse lol…just joking Zeta

Anyway. The houses don’t hold THAT many women, contrary to popular belief. Each member pays a fee towards the house- obviously it’s way less if you don’t live in, but you still pay towards its upkeep since all members do use the house to some extent.

there are probably a few more upperclassmen that live in house but yeah, houses don’t actually house as many girls as u’d expect for a mansion. my house has mostly upperclassmen living in house, not sophomores but every house is different.

The Tik Toks of the upstairs of the Zeta house are so disappointing. It looks like Tut or Pres.

I’m hoping the rest of the houses are much nicer.

I saw an AXO say they had 77 girls so I think ZTA just has less than some of the others

The AXO house does not house 77 girls. It’s the same size as all the others. They all hold between 40-50 girls.

Live in members pay rent, but that's not the sole thing paying for the running of any chapter house. Every sorority member pays parlor fees as part of dues.
