After Round 1 these are the most popular houses girls want invites to for Philanthropy Round:
AXO, AGD, DDD, KD, KKG, PHI MU, XO
You are going to see huge cuts coming from those houses. Huge as in cutting like 1,000 girls before Philanthropy. And another big round of cuts before Sisterhood because they have the highest return rates (# of girls ranking them high after each round).
Next up is ZTA, PBP, DZ, ADPi, GPB
These five also have to make big cuts, but not to the level of the first group. These are all great houses and you can’t go wrong with any of them. Their biggest cuts are usually after Philanthropy, when they see what girls have been dropped by the first group after Open House.
Next up is Alpha Phi, DG and AOPi
These houses usually make their biggest cuts between Sisterhood and Pref as they start narrowing down who they want from the group released by the first and second groups earlier in the week.
SK and Theta make very few cuts until after Sisterhood Round. Both are great houses, they just make their big cuts later in the week as things start to shake out.

A more accurate explanation!
What you need to know is basically every single chapter on this campus is solid, has a great mix of girls and is well established and by that I mean even when there is a big scandal they will still recruit well and stay close to campus chapter total. For this reason tiers or stupid at Alabama. what you should be looking at is recruitment popularity .
I am breaking it down for you. Before the troll out of cry of no one knows yes everyone knows. It is really not a well kept secret and honestly just like grade reports and COB/Member numbers it should be reported.
After Round 1 these are the most popular in some form of this is on 75% of every PNM’s list.
AXO, AGD, DDD, KD, KKG, PHI MU, XO, and ZETA – so you are going to see huge cuts coming from these houses –
Next up is ADII, alpha PHI, DZ,DG, PI PHI ,and Gamma Phi – These four fill in the last 4 houses for this large group of PNM’s in some form also causing them to make big cuts but not to the level of the first group.
Finally AOII, Theta and SK – they make very few cuts first round. All 3 great chapters with great girls just how things go down.
After Round 2 things become a little different but you will still see lots of the same as above.
When sisterhood is over is where things become very different- Every chapter has a list and its numbered 1- to whatever number they had at PREF. The goal is to get the majority of girls you have in your quota range. The chapters that have done that the past few years have been AXO, DDD, Kappa, Phi Mu, XO and Zeta- KD does not because they lose girls to Kappa and XO- AGD does not because they lose girls to AXO and XO. This would be why KD has had to snap bid. They were super popular at the beginning but kept girls who decided to go other places. Alpha Phi has the same issue.
Alpha Phi, ADII, DZ ,DG, PI PHI ,and Gamma Phi also get a majority of girls they want but lose out to each other. AOII, Theta and SK- they get what they get and usually are close to quota.

I will say it again for all you Zeta haters! Last year 3 sororities had a near 100% return rate last year after round 1 and one of those was Zeta. Again this should be made public so the OR mommies and Tik TOc SR grown women fan club would stop. Seriously if you saw the return rates this site would not be necessary .
If you took last years return rates you top 6 would be PM, AXO, KKG, TRi Delta, XO and Zeta.

Think again!!! Also every single recruitment chair shares the returns with her chapter just saying but of course you know that because I am sure your OR daughter shares the info with you. You don't need a top secret to work Panhell recruitment and you lose nothing if you spill the tea!

Unless you go around and ask every recruitment chair and advisor return rates , you don’t know .
They don’t share this info with PNM or other houses so you writing all that and making statements that you know return rates is a lie .
You are assuming based on rankings on this stupid site .

Zeta made huge cuts this year. Fact.
Zeta’s GPA is near the top and above the sorority average. FACT
Zeta must be a huge threat the OR houses because all they do is try and bash them on this site.
All houses are great at Bama Fact.
Try and keep it classy as the more you bash ZTA the more it shows what a threat they are to you.

Zeta cannot take girls like Kylan if they want to compete with OR. That girls makes the whole house look so stupid.

Zeta doesn’t have to cut nearly as many girls. And they’re such a niche house because they only focus on looks, that they don’t appeal to nearly as many pnms as the first line does. The first line has more broad appeal.
