Why can I do to increase my chances for Old Row?

I have a 3.8, varsity cheerleader, senior class officer and 2-3 rec letters for each house.
I feel like I’ve done everything I can, but I’m still so nervous for rush.

With your grades and a good resume, those are not likely reasons you are going to get cut from an old row house at this point.
People talk about getting cut from old row as if it's some mark against them and it's really not.
Those houses just have 200 to 300 girls picked out (more or less) before rush week starts and that's who they're really going after. If you aren't one of those that they've kind of pre-selected you probably won't get in and that doesn't have anything to do with what kind of person you are!
Don't think about where you're getting cut from. Focus on where you're getting invited back to. That legitimately may include some old row houses as well, but even if it doesn't, I promise you will have a great experience here.
The only other piece of advice I would give you is to not post anything rush specific on social media, especially tick tock. You should also go through your Instagram if you haven't already and take down any overly suggestive photos or pictures where you are doing stuff you're not supposed to be doing. I know it sounds stupid but at a school is competitive. Is Alabama you need to have a kind of squeaky clean social media going into rush week.

I’d like to add that you have no idea if you’re in that 200-300 they are focusing on until you go through the rounds and see which houses are keeping you. Your resume sounds nearly exactly like mine last year and I was out of state with zero connections. I kept old row houses all the way through and ended up in one that people on here say you have to be in state with connections for. Don’t assume anything! Keep an open mind and have a great rush!

Also, if an OR house is working on their first round invitation list and they open your Insta and see a lot of photos where you're trying really hard to look hot (especially bikini shots) and lots of pics of you just posing by yourself in a really edited trying-too-hard way, you're probably not going to make it on that first round list. Unless you know someone in the house who speaks up for you. They will send you straight to the Zeta/Aphi pool.

90% of the girls going through rush were cheerleaders and on student council. It is very competitive but the good thing is your are at Bama and all the houses are great
You need to keep an open mind and concentrate on the houses that ask you back whether they are old row or new row
