Legacy status can help or hurt you. If they’re 50/50 about you and you’re a legacy they’ll drop you before pref. Legacies at pref are guaranteed bids.

So you don’t get that extra round of rush to make a good impression. Also, houses don’t care as much about money as you think. That’s really only Kappa and KD.
