RECURITMENT POPULARITY

What you need to know is basically every single chapter on this campus is solid, has a great mix of girls and is well established and by that I mean even when there is a big scandal they will still recruit well and stay close to campus chapter total. For this reason tiers or stupid at Alabama. what you should be looking at is recruitment popularity .
I am breaking it down for you. Before the troll out of cry of no one knows yes everyone knows. It is really not a well kept secret and honestly just like grade reports and COB/Member numbers it should be reported.

After Round 1 these are the most popular in some form of this is on 75% of every PNM’s list.
AXO, AGD, DDD, KD, KKG, PHI MU, XO, and ZETA – so you are going to see huge cuts coming from these houses –
Next up is ADII, alpha PHI, DZ,DG, PI PHI ,and Gamma Phi – These four fill in the last 4 houses for this large group of PNM’s in some form also causing them to make big cuts but not to the level of the first group.
Finally AOII, Theta and SK – they make very few cuts first round. All 3 great chapters with great girls just how things go down.

After Round 2 things become a little different but you will still see lots of the same as above.
When sisterhood is over is where things become very different- Every chapter has a list and its numbered 1- to whatever number they had at PREF. The goal is to get the majority of girls you have in your quota range. The chapters that have done that the past few years have been AXO, DDD, Kappa, Phi Mu, XO and Zeta- KD does not because they lose girls to Kappa and XO- AGD does not because they lose girls to AXO and XO. This would be why KD has had to snap bid. They were super popular at the beginning but kept girls who decided to go other places. Alpha Phi has the same issue.
Alpha Phi, ADII, DZ ,DG, PI PHI ,and Gamma Phi also get a majority of girls they want but lose out to each other. AOII, Theta and SK- they get what they get and usually are close to quota.
