MIDDLE TIER house ranks and reasoning

Middle tier is houses ranked #7 - #12.
7. ALPHA GAM: highest GPA of all sororities and super involved on campus. lack diversity in religion, politics and geography. not big partiers and could loosen up a little. they come off as extremely prim, proper and southern. generally aren’t known for being fun to be around/life of the party type.
8. ZETA: middle of the houses for grades but not involved in much of anything on campus. party all the time and could benefit from cleaning up their reputation. some of the girls are gorgeous but the majority are average at best. rumors of not having a great sisterhood. instead of being competitive with other houses they’re competitive with each other.
9. Pi Phi: highest in grades for new row. good mix of work hard, play hard. involved on campus and known as friendly and outgoing. they’re not ranked higher because they don’t pull any top pnms. they always get girls one level below that but i don’t think they care. they’re happy being what they are.
10. DZ: have improved a lot in the last few years. like zeta they have some gorgeous girls but most are average and some are less than. reputation as nice girls and a pretty good sisterhood. they are the middle of middle tier and can easily be forgotten/overlooked.
11. ADPi: girl next door vibe. not a hot girl house but not a house of uglies either. the girl from the bama rush documentary that pledged there is the perfect example of adpi. within the first five mins of seeing her in the documentary i was like “that girl will be an adpi.” a little bit of “pick me!” vibes but not as bad as DG.
12. AOPi: very similar to ADPi but more granola. they have a ton of diversity in looks and where their girls are from. i hear they have a good sisterhood. reputation as a mixed bag kind of house. they’ll get some great girls but also pledge some that will leave you asking “why?”

They can’t both be in the bottom. If you break up 17 houses into 3 tiers it would look like this:
Top: AXO, DDD, KD, KKG, PM, XO (alpha order - too different to rank individually)
Middle: AGD, ZTA, PBP, DZ, ADPi, AOPi
Bottom: APhi, DG, GPB, APHi, KAT, SK

This depends where you are from. If you have been born and raised in Alabama - and religious - then yes AGD. Any other region, ADPi and PiPhi more desired.
