The ranks look right to me. ZTA IS higher than some OR sororities. It’s 2023 not 2003.

No matter how many times you try to bash them, they are a top desired house by MANY PNM's. What triggers you when the current rankings reflect this? Jealous? Dropped? Doesn't fit into your old southern hypocritical values? Overall, they are desired over most than KD, XO, and AGD.

I agree with KD and DZ has definitely improved but solid no for Aphi and Gphi. Those houses are ratchet. Look at all the actual measurables like grades, involvement, retention and those 2 don’t come close to ADPi and PiPhi. I still think those 2 are top of NR (behind probyZTA) and then DZ and then the other 2 are lower tier.

Sorry Adpi/Piphi. You are incorrect.
At 392 in end of spring Adpi is one of the smallest houses . And they had 0 growth year-over-year.
The same for Piphi at only 2% growth. But they are hanging on. With 416 members.
Given their high gpa rankings - 5th place for Piphi and 7th place for Adpi, it appears they have recruited for gpa. So if a pnm wants to be in a more academic house these might be good choices.
Given Aphi low academic ranking at last among sororities at 3.10 but high social ranking where they are often compared to Pm and Zta it appears they recruit for social.
With the high cost of sororities, the numerous academic clubs on campus might be a better financial choice over groups that have grade requirements.

Most girls rush for sisterhood and well Aphi, that’s not exactly your strong suit. Don’t go throwing numbers around given the embarrassing number of COBs you’ve taken the past few years. Aphi is the LAST house that should be bragging about numbers💀💀💀 You wouldn’t have so much growth every year if you actually managed to keep your members.
