Do they really know

When rushing for “certain” sorority do they really know if you have money or not? I mean can some come off like they do but they don’t. Do they look into your wealth? Hoping to get ZTA! I know a few girls in their one is from NJ came off last year when she was rushing and still does act like she has money but I know she doesn’t a lot of dhgate stuff so did she tell them she did?
