Time to talk some truth on new row. For anyone who went through Rush last year and has paid close attention, the top houses in new row are now zeta, pi phi, adpi and then dz, aopi and dg. Next is gphi, theta and sk and the bottom house is actually now alpha phi.
ZTA / PI PHI / ADPI
AOPI / DG / DZ
THETA / GPHI / SK
APHI
The girls that don’t fit into Gamma Phi tend to go Sigma Kappa.
Alpha phi has fallen 100% and gphi and theta are much better houses but you’re delusional if you think they’re overall better than dg and aopi. The only category dz and gphi outrank dg and aopi in is looks (questionable) and dg and aopi have better grades, involvement, sisterhood, philanthropic involvement, etc. dz ranks the same as aopi and dg only because they’ve outrushed everyone the last 2 years - but they need to improve in some other areas to move up another level and as ranks are fluid they’re really only one bad pc away from falling back a level to where they were.
The truth is that DZ and GPhi do NOT get APhi leftovers. Time’s changed. Aphi get the ALL the leftovers since no one wants to be associated with their bad rep at this point. Girls drop out like flies after recruitment so they basically recruit the full year round and take anyone with a pulse.

DG is bottom. I don’t know how they are getting away with even trying to pretend they are better than Gphi or Theta and as good as DZ. They are the pick me girls that are not cute. They are basically the bottom of the barrel girls from the South. The ones that OR doesn’t want and the ones that are too thick and Southern for NR to want. SK had a much better new member class than they did last year
