I think XO and AXO will have a really good OR rush, both of those houses were behind on posting tiktoks and stuff last year because they were trying to follow panx rules, but I think they’ll be on top of everything this year
I think ZTA and Pi Phi will have the best new row rush

Agree. Their demise has let to the rise of GPhi and DZ as more and more women pick them on pref over Pi Phi.
Not a Zeta but I can see the signs. They are in the top row now. Especially for pnms from Florida.
APhi is the top of new row. Next is probably Pi Phi but losing ground to GPhi, DG and DZ. ADPi is a small house and their alums are on this site 24/7 to try to reverse the trend.
The top houses remain (in no order) AXO, KKG, PM, KD, XO, DDD + now ZTA - special mention is AGD which is a fairly religious house and appeals to a certain pnm.
A fair ranking is probably close to (depending on personal preference):
AXO, PM, KKG, KD - strong local presence in Ala and Fla
XO, DDD, ZTA, AGD - strong, AGD top row for religious
APhi, Pi Phi - nationally strong, good membership size
DZ, DG, AOPi, GPhi - solid houses, good membership size
ADPi, KAT - smaller membership, KAT strong nationally

This is the MOST accurate, non-biased, no bs interpretation of ranks and how rush goes in 2023. Other nitty-gritty about houses is another conversation, but this is 100% how rush goes and YES YES to how pi phi’s demise has single handedly helped DZ and Gphi but nobody wants to talk about it. And on the other side, I think ZTAs improvement overall and skyrocketed popularity has helped Aphi bc ZTA being pickier and competing more with OR lends girls who used to be an ace in the hole for ZTA to Aphi.

DZ cross rushes with Zeta, Gphi, Theta, and Aphi. Can't imagine that will change this time around.
I think the only NR houses that cross rush with OR are Zeta (cross rushes with PM and NR) and PiPhi (cross rushes with AGD and XO and NR).
