gpa during rush

I'd say no. People say this doesn't happen but some houses are "once cut" always cut. I know my house is hesitant around girls we didn't want the first time. Id try to do fall and spring COB. Especially spring if you can get a good GPA. If none of that works out, then really get a good GPA first year and get involved on campus! Join a club, really anything. Try to make friends in sorority houses, ALL of them. You can do this in your classes, your other involvement. Also if a friend asks you to a date party GO!! DO NOT GET A BAD REPUTATION! THEN try formal when you are a sophomore.

You definitely should still rush and you will not be dropped by all of the houses for having a 3.3!! You can see on the Panhellenic website what the houses typical requirement is! And there are only a few that are a 3.4 or higher and those are AXO, XO, AGD, and I think Phi Mu!

girl this is alabama idc how many girls with a 4.0 are in alpha gam, the majority of this school isn’t very smart lol like ik plenty of girls coming in with 2.0 hs gpa’s …..

My GPA is in a similar range, under 3.5. I’m trying to stay positive, but I think it will be rough when the other girls living in Tut have full invite cards and mine is full of cuts.

Y’all, did anyone with mid grades still have a great rush?

If you look at each house in Greek chic - online now you will get a paper copy first day of rush - it lists the minimum gpa for each house.
