Building a Modern Old Row

by: Hypothetical

So if you were building a new "Old Row" from both sororities and fraternities, what would they be?

This is ridiculous. Old Row means original fraternities whose houses were on the west side of campus. DKE,SAE,KA,SN,Phi Gam, Phi Delt. The newer ones that came on starting in the 50's campus were built on the east side of campus so there was the 'Old Row' on the west and the 'New Row' on the east and that's how they got their names. It never meant more than that and didn't include sororities. The similar designation for sororities was when they started building houses and the first three were on the 'First Circle' and then four more got built on the 'Second Circle' which had nothing to do with founding date, just when and where they built their houses. Then Budweiser found a way to market themselves and exploited/highjacked the Old/New thing into a drinking club for fraternities who asked sororities to go in with them and they made some t-shirts and that's all.
