AOPI Involvement and Sisterhood?

As I look at NR houses, does AOPI have a good sisterhood? My roommate next year knows a girl in that house and she said that the house is so great because members aren't really required to attend anything or do anything. She said weekly chapter meetings are not required nor is attending any sisterhood or philanthropy events like other houses. She said members can do everything or nothing and its up to them. Is this true?
I want to be in a house where a lot of the members participate in events and are involved so this sounds like the worst experience ever.

I don't think they have the same attendance requirements at events that every other house does but I don't know if that means that people don't go to their meetings or events. I have no idea.
AOPi is a very good house for the girls that want to be part of a house but are not the sorority type. They are laid back and a bit granola. Their sisterhood is good but they definitely have a type and non-sorority vibe.

Attendance is required at all of the events, they just don’t fine you for missing them like other chapters do. If you have a valid reason to not be there your fine, but if you miss to many chapters or philanthropy/sisterhood events then you won’t be able to go to things like swaps or date parties. Majority of the girls who are in the house want to be there and actually show up and enjoy themselves
