Is there any shame in taking a Jefferson bid over a university one/how much should that realistically play into the decision

Kappa Sigma is routinely ranked as a low tier house for some reason. Personally, I think they’re the best house on Jefferson. They also have a new house being built front and center on University.
I would have thought Delta Chi or Delta Tau Delta would have been the last to go to University. Both of those houses have good parties. No shame in rushing any of these 3 houses. They’ve been around campus for a while and have decent alumni relations. But with KE moving to University, this puts them up top and leaves the others behind.

My boyfriend is a Jefferson house. Me and my friends life their parties. If you are in a Jefferson house the only thing you’ll be missing out on is dating a KKG, KD, AXO or XO….so you won’t be missing anything.
