Old Row/New Row where most girls come from

Old Row is generally more desired by girls from AL, AR, FL (panhandle only), GA, KY, LA, MO, MS, NC, OK, SC, TN, VA, DC and parts of NYC.

Although every Old Row house has girls from the northeast and Cali, they’re usually ones that have an old money vibe.

New Row takes more girls from out west, the midwest, northeast and south Florida. This is why retention in New Row houses isn’t as high. Their girls are generally further from home and some get homesick, decide they don't like the South, etc and transfer somewhere closer to home.
