1: AXO, DDD, KKG, PM
Top Old Row. Dominate in getting the girls they want with no room for filler girls or snap bids. Involved, good looking, wealthy, social, good reputations. Well rounded and take from diverse areas.
2: XO, KD, AGD, ZETA
The rest of Old Row plus the top New Row. Do very well just don’t have the true well rounded nature the sororities about them have. KD is not involved, Chi O doesn’t focus on looks, AGD can’t be social, and Zeta doesn’t have the best reputation. But still get who they want and have some filler girls.
3: PI PHI, ADPI, DZ, GPHI
Top New Row sororities. The gap between Pi Phi and the rest is huge because of how well they do with being well rounded (say what you want but they do better than ever some OR.) All of these take a decent amount of girls who just cross rush each other. GPhi really focuses on those NE and West Coast girls.
4: AOPI, THETA, DG, APHI
Lower New Row just because they struggle in getting the girls they want and having good stats. Still great sisterhood. APhi does trail behind because they do have the worst stats on campus and the only thing keeping them afloat is the looks and social.
5: SK, ADX, SDT
Way too new or underground. Maybe with time we can see the chapters shine.

You’re joking right. No way you just said AOPi and APhi are better than Pi Phi and ADPi

I'm not sure what you are basing your rankings on but ADPi and PiPhi have always been top of New Row. Look at grades, retention, sisterhood, involvement etc... DZ is definitely on the rise. Aphi has serious issues with retention and grades and probably shouldn't even be in the same discussion as the others in your post. Their last pledge class was good but adding the 30 COBs with the atrocious grades doesn't help the standings. If Aphi can go one year without having to add a huge number of COBs due to retention then add them back to the discussion but until then, no, they just don't have the total package that the other houses offer.

Adpi has never been top of new row.
If you are rushing to be in an academic club, APhi is not for you.
If you want a 2nd tier house then join in no order: Adg, Zeta, APhi, DZ, GPhi. Except academic AGD, the rest are known for great social.
Piphi is not known for anything special. Just there. Ok experience.

Did you just put APhi, GPhi, and DZ in the same tier as Zeta and AGD then say Pi Phi, the only sorority who is on par with AGD and Zeta, is nothing special. Get outta here.

@Nope clearly doesn't go to school here. That's the strangest lumping together of houses I've ever seen. I do think AGD and Zeta are both accurate 2nd tier but Aphi, DZ, and Gphi aren't even close.

Funny because I’m not even in PBP but can say Pi Phi outdoes AOPi in grades, retention, desirability, reputation, looks, socials, pairs, and more upon more. Cannot name on thing better AOPi does besides opening their legs more.

Pretty sure AOPi and PiPhi don’t have issues with each other. Both are nice houses. Getting the sense someone is trying to create drama where there is none.

If AGD only takes girls with top grades then how can PM taking girls with questionable grades put them on par with AGD? That doesn't make sense. Also, AGD is a great house. So is PM.

All Old Row should be on the same line. It just depends on where you’re from as to which ones you personally think are top. Zeta does not belong in the same line as Old Row. But you already knew that.
