Looks are part of it, but not enough to get by on alone for these houses. Also, looks is really more about being put together and knowing how to look your best and make an effort.

It matters for EVERY house.
Picture this: A PNM comes in and she’s wearing a shart-stained clearance dress from Ross. Her hair is unbrushed plus she’s 150 pounds and snaggle-toothed. Would you want her as your SiStAr?

Really now, have you ever seen a stained and unbrushed pnm? Do you even go here? No. No pnm comes through looking like that. All pnm's look cute in rush and it's very competitive. The best 'looks' are all about confidence in personal style and self-awareness, and there are many types of looks from classic to boho to designer-only to trendy or die to country girl fresh to city sophisticated. Girls do wear clearance dresses from Ross and other inexpensive brands and no one knows or cares because they look great. Girls do weigh 150 pounds but they know how to put themselves together well and have self-confidence, so they have great conversations and come off as friendly and fun, which gives them a great rush.

^ Tell me you have no standards without telling me you have no standards. There are absolutely girls who come through looking a hot mess (without the hot) ESPECIALLY on 80+ degree days and they’re not prepared.
