Retention - Fall 22/Spring 23

Check out the chapter differences from Fall 22 to Spring 23. Take numbers with a grain of salt as women will have graduated in Fall 22, but I don't think it's a huge number. It's not always about how HUGE your NM class is. It's also about how many of them stay!
From best to worst:

Replaced members are not retained members. They replace the members who leave. APhi has to use snaps, quota additions, and cob and replaces so many members every year that more than half their membership is new members. They still can't reach campus total in any semester. That's not growth it's just treading water.

These seniors were freshmen when the country went online and into lockdown. It stands to reason a lot of these numbers are off due to girls taking incompletes because they were not online learners. Add any girls with changes in majors or need for student practical experience for graduation being paused ( nursing, teaching, etc.), it’s reasonable we will see pc 2018 and 2019 graduating a semester or two behind. I would say go back a couple of years, like from 2017 to 2018 and if it’s more than double, that’s an issue.
