Dirty rushing — from kinda dusty to super muddy

Dirty rush. This is everything from inviting girls places to talking to your mom to promising a bid to following your socials.
Dirty rush is done to keep PNMs feeling like you are wanted and then the PNM keeps that sorority high on their list, making panhellenic think that these certain sororities are most wanted by PNMs.
So many girls are shocked and heartbroken to get cut after a few rounds but truth is they never had a chance.
There ARE sororities that don’t dirty rush — even slightly dirty like follows on socials. B
Be suspicious of a sorority that follows you a bunch.
It reminds me of high school when someone is running for officer or homecoming queen and they’re super nice and want you to vote for them but then after the voting is over they go back to being like whatever

A house may sincerely think they want a girl, but once numerous members of the house speak with her during rush, opinions can change. There’s nothing wrong with that. Rush is a mutual process where both the pnms and the houses get to decide who they are most interested in.
I don’t think you go to school here. I bet you’re Kylan’s mom. Posting again.

God, u r so obsessed with Kylan. U r soooo jealous. Yes, she used a separate acct but she didn’t make the mistake until after rush. Nice try, Phi Mu. She chose Zeta and that just makes u so mad that u have to be constantly posting about her. It’s weird. Phi Mu was actively seeking all the viral TT girls. They prefed K,S and G arguably the most popular girls on TT. Phi Mu was clout chasing. K was the most popular. U don’t invite to pref the most popular TT girl unless she is high on ur bid list bc EVERYONE will know she didn’t choose u. Phi Mu was confident she would chose them and she didn’t. Phi Mu is worried that others will start choosing zeta over them that is why they r obsessively posting about Kylan to make her look bad. What is happening here? Who is delusional enough to think that Kylan:
1. Wanted Zeta
2. Had a look of happiness and excitement on her face when she opened that bid
3. Ever sees her wear ZTA letters around campus.
Your girl did not get the house she wanted and she still isn’t happy there. She never wears her house’s letters.

That post was too unhinged to reply to. It did happen during recruitment, not after. There is proof if you just go back and look. You don’t have to believe me. It spooked everyone, even her allies. It was a mistake that cost her choices with some houses. Don’t make the same mistake if you are going through this year.

In my opinion the APA doesn’t really give a second thought. They know everyone is dirty rushing and every member of the APA will support their very own politics. They will not fine any chapter too harshly, they are more interested to get recommendations for their potential induction into their desired honor society.
Just have a look at former APA members and their graduation pictures. Tells you everything.

Everybody can see the rules, and individual members are allowed to follow while chapters are not. But you're too busy stalking accounts to try to find dirt than to actually care about facts.

Following is not dirty rushing but people who don't know any better want to think it is. If you get followed it's great and everything and then you get released and all of a sudden WAAAHHH NO FAIR. Pnm's follow all the chapters and then rank some of them low, so what, sororities know this will happen. Smart pnm's know that social media isn't the be-all and end-all of rush and show up ready to impress in person, but pnm's who are only focused on their social media, along with people on tiktok who will never be in the houses in person, are the ones who revert to accusations when their expectations don't come true. Just because you don't get your way doesn't make it dirty.
