Here’s where we argue about KD and AGD. I get what you’re saying about then not having as much wide appeal as the first four, but they have a certain type who comes into rush really wanting them. Because of that they aren’t really next in the rush funnel, they get first pick of some of the top PNM’s because of that. You’ve got them on a line with houses that tend to be next in the rush funnel, picking from the girls dropped by the top 4-6.

The only thing I feel should change in the above rank is regarding KD and XO - they are super particular with their girls - KD is almost all local - no deviation from this - I'd bump them down one as they don't appeal to most, hist a local group. XO has changed A LOT the past 3 years. Their girls are a bit eccentric/weird/granola. They get girls due to the fact is that the house has a long standing reputation of being top, in which they really aren't. Frats find them as weird.
