Zeta’s definitely worried about ADPi and PBP. They compete with both of those houses for girls.

Lol Zeta hasn't competed with Pi Phi for a girl in at least 7-8 years. You’re aging yourself and living in PBPs glory days. Also, putting Zeta on the same line as ADPI EVER is HILARIOUS. Thank you for proving it is you all on this site.

They're both good houses but they are NOT lower top. They're both very middle. There is absolutely no reason they should be on the same tier as AGD, KD and Zeta. Pbp is just not socially relevant, and it's hard to pull top pnms for grades/involvement when so many OR houses have first pick on those girls so they end up with the girls that got dropped elsewhere. Even if not everyone sees AGD, KD and ZTA as top, a good number of PNMS go into rush wanting those houses specifically. Adpi is a whole other can of worms. Guys in several university frats have told me they had to stop sending party invitations in their adpi groupchats because their girls are weird. I hate to say that because their girls seem really sweet but their chapter needs to get a hold of their reputation. I hope this didn't come off as too negative, the self ranking from both of them has just been nonstop lately

If we’re just talking new row, we know zeta and aphi are frat favs, but dz and gphi are more popular than adpi.

I agree 1000% with all of this. There are a couple of new row houses that would be put before both. It’s LAUGHABLE that they try to put themselves on the same line as ZTA. They’re so unserious on this site like crazy 😭
