I’m sorry but have you been to campus? I’m in an OR house and have friends in aphi and they’re certainly middle tier. Just because they tend to go for a different type of girl than axo/ agd/ pbp, doesn’t make them worse, just different. My friends are happier with aphi than I am with my house, plus their chapter gpa went up by a decent chunk this semester.

Move Zeta down a line.
Move APhi down TWO lines.
Switch GPhi and DZ.
SDT and ADX shouldn’t even be mentioned. They don’t participate in formal recruitment.
