AXO and Kappa are already top tier.
APhi and Zeta are both most definitely not rising.
DZ will continue to rise; they’ve already moved up from bottom tier to lower middle
AOPi is already bottom. Where’s it going to

Theta has had three good pledge classes in a row. They’re doing fine.

Theta 3 good pledge classes you say are all relative. They were so so bad before so “good” is iffy. They are bottom. Don’t mislead any who would actually use Greek rank as a guide .

Where are Kappa and AXO going to rise to? They've been in that top tier for a long time. Zeta is stagnant, probably most desirable out of NR, but rising would make them compete with the top old row houses and they aren't there yet. I hope you're right about APhi rising because they can't go any lower.
