AGD and KD are in a different grouping. Not sure how to put them into rankings with other houses. They have a very specific type and those girls really want them and a lot of other girls don't.

The girls that want AGD and KD are usually wealthy, smart, from well-connected families, trendy, we’re very involved in high school and have clean reputations.

PBP is the closest to pledging those types of girls. Zeta does not care about getting girls that are smart, well-connected, involved and they certainly don’t care how bad your reputation is.

KD and AGD are also Old Row.

ZTA only attracts non southern, non connected, non academic, party orange blonde girls, but I think it’s comparable to KD bc only connected, in state girls want KD. All the other old row houses appeal to way more PNMs, even more southern ones like XO, AGD, and KKG.
