You are making yourself look extra stupid. If anyone wants to know the number of new members each house took in fall rush, it is posted for the world to see on uapanhellenic’s grade report. KKG took 141 new members according to Panhellenic. The top four houses (PM, Kappa, DDD and AXO) are forced to make the most cuts early in rush because they have high return rates. Zeta does too, they just have more problems keeping their girls because they aren’t as selective with the types of character traits that lead to girls who stick to their sorority for four years.

A new member class that is much over quota is a sign of low selectivity. 1) because they can't make cuts during rush and then end up with far more pnm's at pref which then gives them all the quota additions; 2) they must offer COB because their house total is very low from drops. Last fall quota was 135. The most selective houses took that number exactly, with no quota additions and no COB. Some houses took a few more, also doing just fine. And then there was APhi that took over 200 - Low selectivity people. Go check the numbers for yourself.

I agree with @no except a strong house can have slightly over quota due to sophomore additions and they could pick up a few because PNM are guaranteed one of their pref houses and highly desired PNM often go to 2 highly desired pref houses so depending on where there fall on bid lists they could be a quota addition. That’s only going to add a few though.

Not how it works. No one knows other houses return rates. and I can guarantee you more than 3-5 girls cut every house at every round.

Zeta will be shocked at the impact kylan will have for their recruitment. I just graduated and live out of state and know girls that are now going to bama because of kylan and zeta is their top choice going into recruitment. Watch and see if I am making this up.

That will work out well for those girls because Zeta is usually on the cob list after rush, meaning they still have spots left to fill. Those girls will be able to get into that house if they still want it after rush.

A bunch of girls wanting a house doesn’t make it a top house. It’s quality not quantity. The girls that want Zeta usually have a lower GPA and bad reputation. So even if hundreds of girls with bad reps and bad grades want them, that’s not going to make them a top house.

And don’t forget - Kylan didn’t want Zeta.

How in the world would you know that? Considering the size of rush at this school, I would guess that zero houses can make that claim.
