ZTA literally just targets girls with a lot of IG followers, nice aesthetic, and pretty. That’s it. No other rhyme or reason. Meanwhile there’s a billion other factors with the actual top houses on campus that will get you on their radar or cut.
ZTAs biggest wins are the trendy whole package girls they can get that cross with Phi Mu. Other than that they’re literally just targeting the same girls as Aphi. The only reason ZTA is seen so much better than Pi Phi is bc pi phi isn’t recruiting girls with just those 3 things that zta/aphi are and get all kinds of girls that contribute to the sorority and represent them well.

I genuinely don’t think Old Row cares about ZTA as much as you guys claim. They don’t even go after the same girls nor make any strides to combat ZTAs hyper social media presence. They clearly don’t care…you should probably start pointing fingers at the NR houses that are mad they’re overlooked.

That’s exactly what I was thinking when I read this. Sounds like NR houses that are competing head to head with Zeta during rush. OR is more worried about the other OR houses they are trying to beat out for their top PNM’s.

Ever consider other NR houses…don’t think ZTA is top? Or don’t think they belong multiple rows above them? What does any OR house care where ZTA is placed…it doesn’t effect them at all. Is a MOB girl or highly religious 4.8 GPA girl going to go Zeta now because of a greekrank placement? 💀

If OR isn't concerned about Zeta, I'm pretty sure they are worried about Phi Mu. And Phi Mu's social media game is just as good as Zeta's.
If you doubt this concern, just check out any socials from the 2022 class. OR's PR game started months ago. And I'm just going to take a wild guess that the PR people in a lot of these houses probably are rising juniors who participated when BamaRush went viral.

There are about 130 new PNMs (in each house). While ZTA may have those that will say “never”, it has more than enough interest and returns to make it competitive.
Also, ZTA kinda stands apart from other houses.
For those not the ZTA type, there can be many similar houses to find acceptable. Yes if you want just one of those houses it may be tough, but if you’re okay with three ir four, well just one of those four won’t be so difficult.
As a result for those with interest in ZTA and it’s vibe, there is more than enough demand to keep it a tough bid. \n\n\n\n\n

Pi Phi is completely irrelevant and literally is just a house for girls that preffed them second. There’s multiple tiktoks of girls saying this. The funny one is the girl who is sad bc she got pi phi and wanted chi o. Another funny one is a girl who literally transferred to LSU and said she wished she went zeta/aphi but went pi phi bc she heard they had a nicer girl rep. Yikes. Maybe they should spend less time shading their fellow NR houses and talking about non existent “old row moms”. So weird…no wonder all their girls are in this doc.

If zeta isn’t that hard to get into than you just made my day! These girls look fun and none of the reasons you gave would knock them off my number one choice. I am joining a sorority to have fun!
