TOP: Pi Kapp, Phi Delt, Theta Chi, KA
HIGH MID: SNU, DKE, Sig Chi, SAE, Pike, Phi Gam
LOW MID: Beta, Sig Ep, ATO, Phi Psi, Delta chi
HIGH BOTTOM: Delt, Lambda Chi, KSig, Chi Phi
LOW BOTTOM: Phi Sig, Sig Pi, Zbt
Everything is subjective tho but coming from a guy who knows mult people in all of these houses this is how I’d rank the frats. Also lmk what you’d change

You’ll have better alumni connections in houses like Kappa Sigma, DTD, DX, LXA and even ZBT than you will Sig Ep, Phi Psi and Beta. Why? Because those Jefferson houses have been around a lot longer and have more prestigious alumni. Also. Phi Psi and Sig Ep were irrelevant until a few years ago. Ditto for ATO since they disappeared from campus over the 90s. Beta didn’t arrive on campus until the 60s and didn’t gain a reputation until the early 2000s.

Phi Psi and Beta started here in the 1960s...so they have been here for decent period of time.
But SigEp was here in 1927
Founding dates of the others you mentioned...
Lambda chi: 1917
Delta chi: 1927
Delta Tau Delta: 1926
Zeta Beta Tau: 1916
Kappa Sig is the only one that is much older: 1867

What the op is saying is that those house probably graduated more members in the 80s and 90s since those houses were bigger back then. That would mean they have a lot of alumni in their 40-70s out there than some other houses on top on what they’ve pledged in the 2000s
