Really? Do you even go here? You sound like a Grandma. Zeta is more desirable (and has been for the past three years) than KD. KD is mainly for the local girls. XO doesn't usually pull from the same field as Zeta - they are more granola.

KD should NOT be bumped up. Only sought after by Mountain Brook/ Birmingham/ Montgomery girls. Can probably bump down for overall desirability.

Zeta is more popular with most PNMs than both KD and XO. They have also improved dramatically in academics. OR needs to face the facts.

This is it if you’re going to rank everyone all together based on all the things that seem to drive rankings- looks, being social, being involved, grades, retention, respect on campus. But if someone thinks something on that list is a lot more important than the others, their list would change. It really depends on what you think matters the most.

This ranking is the best match to the tent talk during this past fall rush. These top four were the ones girls were putting at the top of their lists and were most worried about making a good impression at their parties . Zeta would be top for a certain type, but not as many as those first four.

This is the tent talk I heard too from the PNMs in my group. The top didn’t surprise me, they had great themes and cute Tiktoks during work week. DDD was the most popular house in my group….for those PNMs who got invited back for second rounds.
I was most surprised by the PNM talk about some of the mid/bottom houses. They loved DZ. Theta was also liked by many PNMs. I think those houses did so well during recruitment last year.

Can we please stop hyping Theta on here. They are no different from SK and no better and anyone who goes here would put those two on the same tier.

Zeta does not cross rush with KKG and AXO but that made me laugh. Both of those OR houses are way too selective and know who they want by May. Zeta takes all the girls that OR cuts and they also cut all the girls that they know will definitely go OR after philanthropy.
