I'm in alpha gam at Bama and really the only issues I have with the house is our leadership. The exec this year is just not the greatest (our exec last year was so so amazing but now it's just a clown show). It also doesn't help having a psycho chapter advisor and crazy people from internationals on top of all of that. Our exec can only do so much - it's more so internationals and the advisors who are the ones causing all of the problems. One time during work week last year we all got yelled at by the IHQ lady for having an "explicit" song playing while we were filming clips from a dance circle for recap videos - the song wasn't even going to be in the actual video there would be audio over it. Our president, within the last month and a half, also instated a thing where we can meet with her and give her some feedback. I'm literally in AGD and had no idea that the girl that made the Tik Tok got kicked out & that that drama was even going on. Now looking at the timeline I'm thinking the feedback for the President was created to try to prevent this situation from occuring again. Just because we are giving her feedback though, there's only so much she can do because again it's internationals and the advisor running the show.

And that kind of makes the point. It’s not a potential lawsuit if they don’t hire her. She’s made herself a hiring risk. What if she gets mad at her corporate boss? Will she make a tiktok about her employer?

My company thoroughly vets social media for this kind of thing. If you are unhappy with a situation and go to social media that's a red flag no hire because you'll do the same again.

I’m a different person from above and I kind of see both sides so I have no comment on the actual drama. As far as the TT hurting her I wouldn’t say the person wrote it as sour grapes but what they said is reality. It’s the same concept as warning PNMs not to overpost before rush. No sorority (or company) was to risk someone hurting their house (or business) with bad publicity.

@Red Flag Ok mom, thank you for letting us know about your company. There are countless companies that don't search the internet looking for college drama. Even if they did, I would hope they realize something is not quite right in this situation.

I’m so glad for once my house is not at all involved in this. It’s a total train wreck.

Here’s my list of greek life winners and losers

Losers

1. Janie - I love you girl but barstool picking this up f’ed you whether you want to admit it or not

2. AGD - they will eventually recover but will lose some class of 23 PNMs

3. AGD current members who sadly are collateral damage

4. Squirrels - by no fault of their own they took a hit with the jokes this week

Winners

1. All of old row especially AXO and XO because they will get the PNMs that AGD lose

2. Any PNM who wants old row but had no shot of getting it…this is your best chance year

3. All of new row just because anyone not AGD right now is a winner

4. Orville Redenbacher - popcorn sales have hit the roof since this s’show started
