Most Underrated Sorority?

Underrated:
Theta is on the come up. They have done really well with recruitment the last couple of years and have far more social girls than they ever have in the past.
DZ is also climbing. They have really cute girls and a low drama sisterhood. These girls are at all the parties.
SK is always ranked bottom and they do have a really tough time recruiting because their house isn’t a mansion. Their new house will be built so they will be able better compete in 3 years. Seems like they have a genuine sisterhood.
Overrated:
XO- I don’t get they hype. They are average looking and boring and inexplicably elitist.
KKG- Some of the meanest girls you’ll meet on campus. They aren’t even nice to each other.
PiPhi- They are referenced in GR a lot but on campus nobody talks about them. They do have a solid sisterhood but they are the same as every other house.
GPhi- Apparently, at some point in the past they were climbing but since I’ve been here, their recruitment has been bad. Their sisterhood is also a hot mess and full of drama.

XO is definitely overrated. Average boring girls. Pu Phi are try hards and a terrible sisterhood. My friend is Pi Phi and her roommate slept with her boyfriend. Kappa is super mean...especially to girls OOS. Theta is moving up, DDD and AD Pi is low drama and a great sisterhood. AXO and AGD is sorority life on steroids. Super competitive and boring social life. DZ is also on the up and up. Fun girls and social. Gphi is a bunch of super fun girls - just some crazy drama with them.

DDDs are boring try-hards and ADPi is a house of wannabes.

Zeta isn’t even top during recruitment. You won’t find a single top pnm in that house after Sisterhood round.

NO ONE is bitter about being dropped by AGD after they find out how strict their rules are and how much animosity they have toward their own sisters. It is such a relief for many.
Also, no one likes their "I am better than you are attitude"
