In a house u put aphi in the same line as and they deff have a stronger recruitment than us and are more popular than houses u put above them lol. Love them or hate them they have a great rush and are a top 3 social house.

Okay but why do they loose so many sisters every semester? They are one of the smallest chapters but recruit fall and spring and have the biggest PCs…

I think there’s nuance to why a phi and zeta lose girls. They target pretty social girls who want to party and meet boys, and are from far oos. Once they make all their friends and get their little, they don’t really need to be apart of the sorority anymore and follow all the rules. You’ll notice a lot of those girls drop still “rep” their house and are still friends with the girls still in the house.
I can tell they’re making a big effort to make their girls want to stay outside of becoming besties with all the boys. Sending them good vibes bc they got a really great PC.
