PM, AXO, KKG
DDD, XO, KD, AGD
NEW ROW:
ZTA, PBP, DZ
ADPI, AOII, GPHI
APHI, KAT, DG, SK
Old row and new row should be two separate ranks because its split argument on whether some new row houses exceed some old row. It is hard to compare that though because old row and new row are recruiting two completely different type of girls and have different criteria.

Okay then since your all about fairness Zeta and Pi Phi are better than KD and AGD and ADPi might be better than AGD. Not all of old row completely dominates new row.

Switch DDD and Kappa
Switch ADPi and DZ
DDD dominated Old Row over Kappa. Kappa has a small demographic that it appeals to.
DZ is improving- no debate with that, but has moved up to the next level yet. PiPhi and ADPi but stepped up their girls this year. Zeta is a looks house as always. They scored a couple of tiktok girls OR didn't want.

No way Just because Aphi tells tirelessly everyone that they are top middle doesn’t make it true. There are plenty reasons why Aphi is BOTTOM TIER

I think this is more accurate than the original OP. Why is PBP trying to move themselves up so much just because they have one pageant girl? ADII is too all over the place, but I agree that there are many NR sororities that are so much better than OR. Who cares about addresses and when someone arrived on campus?

It’s has been a while since I have checked here. I am not sure we should separate old row from new row because separate is not equal and separation does not show respect and love.
It is true you can rank new row separate from old row because one is different than the other for out of region versus those who are already well connected, but this is a hard world, a real world, and that competitive factor is part of the reality. I would suggest to people to include both, although I do not like tiers. But just remember that tiers are fluid and they can change, so everyone should be able to grow and change their chapter. If you work hard and hold each other accountable and show loyal to one another. Then remember take advantage of your opportunities. But old row and new row should not be separate.
