zeta is unarguably not top
by: OPanyone who says zeta is a top house is saying that based solely on looks. a true top house has girls who are smart, lots of community involvement, in leadership positions, and has high retention. (best example is honestly axo) zeta has not one of those things. this is why houses with genuine well-rounded girls like phi mu and others will always be above them

Just give this well-rounded lecture a rest. Who really cares??? If you think four or five houses are top because they are well-rounded, then good for you. If someone thinks Zeta is top because of their supposed "looks" good for them. There is a house for every type of thought and stop putting down other houses and just invest that energy in your well-rounded house.

But no one thinks Zeta is top. Literally no one other than Zetas themselves think that house belongs in the top 7.

Zeta is a great social house. But like PM, they have girls that mass follow PNMs just to gain followers, then unfollow them once they’re followed back. I won’t be classless like they are and name names, but it really shows what their priorities is: Instagram Clout Chasing, not sisterhood.
