I had another sorority and dz last year. I left the party and just felt like they were trying to put on a show. I honestly was mad that I didn’t put theta instead of dz because those girls were much more down to earth and easier to talk to but I got caught up in the theta being bottom. Luckily I ended up in my first choice at the top of new row.

I feel like rank and popularity wise these houses are really similar, but the vibe of DZ is a little more “I hate drama!” when they are the drama, but definitely social focused, and DG is more the class president or show choir girl, but really sisterhood focused. I’ve never met a mean DG or ones that hated each other, so even if they’re a little try hard I’d pick them personally.

there are clearly a lot of people who don’t even go here commenting on this, but dz and dg are both great houses. dz is definitely more social and has super pretty girls and dg focuses more on grades and sweet down to earth girls. personally, i would go dz over dg bc dz is on the rise while dg has been declining. they both have great girls though it completely depends on your vibe and what’s most important to you. both have great sisterhoods!

Got to jump on this one. You are saying that if Jessica Springsteen or Zara Tindall were 18 and attending UA in the fall (we know they didn't and wouldn't) they wouD be classified as "weird" horse girls by some UA rednecks? Do you even know what it takes $$$$$$ to be in the competitive horse world? Remind me to send my future children and grandchildren to Vassar or Vanderbilt.
