The return rates for each house are in. This means what houses got asked back by the highest number of PNMs.
1. Tri delt
2. Zeta
3. Phi mu
4. XO
Very interesting results in terms of who the pnms view as their top houses this year.

To rank this high in returns Zeta must have dropped all of the risk girls (i.e cheerleaders who will probably choose another sorority). It is easy to get high return rates - just drop everyone who you think you can not get.
ChiO does this at FSU to achieve a high return rate.

Not how it works. Your percentage to drop isn’t not done until after all PNM’s rank. You do have an idea based off of the last few years . Those 4 probably had close to a 100 percent return rate if the numbers I am
hearing are close. Tri Delt had to drop close 70% , Zeta/ chi o not far behind with phi Mu super close to that as well. I am actually surprised Chi O isn’t in that top spot.
