How I see it/my take on the houses

Top:
Kappa, Tri Delt, AXO, XO-the most exclusive houses and the ones that don’t need tik tok to boost their image. These are probably the houses that are doing the least when it comes to tik tok which proves that they don’t need it to help them.
Lower top:
Phi Mu, AGD, KD-phi Mu is doing too much. They’re definitely the more new row of old row. It’s starting to look desperate. AGD and KD both know what kind of girl they want and that’s pretty much all the get so it’s very niche.
Upper mid:
Pi Phi, Zeta-these two are on the same level but are different vibes. Zeta is definitely more “trendy” and pi phi is more classic. Both heavy on social media though.
Mid:
DZ, Theta, Gphi, Aphi-these are solid mid houses. All different vibes. DZ and Theta have the best sisterhood. Gphi and Aphi are more “fake”
Lower mid:
AOII, DG-both pretty much the same. Just a huge mix of girls.
Bottom:
SK-the newest house so someone has to be bottom. Not much that I know of them. They are getting a new mansion by theta so that will help them a lot.

When you say they don’t use TikTok because they don’t need to you are really saying they think they are too good and they don’t have to recruit PNM….PNM should just automatically want them. It’s a little elitist and most PNM don’t want a house like that. TikTok is really popular and some houses are better at using it to their advantage than others.
That being said, you are wrong and not all the houses you put in that we are better than you category actually think that way.
