Top: Phi mu, Zeta, Pi Phi
Mid: Gphi, Aphi, ADPi
Mid (lower): DZ, AOPi, DG
Low: Theta, SK

as a northerner w a ton of friends from the north this is actually so wrong it’s funny, we just don’t put as much emphasis on the house having to be old row to be considered a “good house”. the new row houses vary from person to person depending on what kind of girl you are. the more social girls will go zta, pi phi, dz, adpi, aphi, or gphi and the more grade focused girls go dg, theta, aopi ,sk. all great houses depending on what you’re looking for
