New member retreats

I am not trying to get ahead of myself, but are new member retreats the same day as bid day or the next day, and how long are they?? I’m only asking because it’s an important family members birthday soon after bid day and I was planning on day tripping home for it but I know I couldn’t miss the retreat also.

You usually leave a few hours after you get your bids and you’re gone for the night

Don't make any plans for at least 24 hours after bid day.

Thank you 🙏🏻 I had some girls tell me som leave for a whole weekend and some leave a few days after bid day so i just wanted to try to plan for myself.
