sorority time commitment/identity

does life revolve around the sorority/greek life for most people in sororities here? I would like to be in a sorority and obviously will care about the group but I don't want it to be my whole life/identity in college. I have a lot of other interests and I want to make friends from different organizations and such

Go Aphi if you are not sure if Greek life at Bama is for you. You will get a sense of rituals, rules, fun and being around 250 other girls. It’s ok if you drop they will fill your spot via COB as always.
