Legacy to SK & KAT.

Definitely don't judge by the physical house. SK is getting their new mansion next year. (Right across from Theta. This has been confirmed on multiple UA platforms).

SK gets bashed a lot bc they're new I guess. But they are a great group of girls. Fun sisterhood. Every SK I've met has been super nice and genuine.

Theta did really good the last two years and have two pledge classes of really cute and social girls. They surprised everyone on the row last year. They are looking strong again. My roommate is a Theta and her and her sisters are tight and always going out. Early signs indicate that they will be competitive with the mid NR houses like DZ and Gphi. It’s kinda cool to see a house make such huge progress in a short time.

If you are looking for genuine friendships, you can’t go wrong with either house. Theta is more social.

SK is newer on campus and won’t have a new mansion on the row for 2 years because construction always takes awhile. They have a good sisterhood but are a bit less social. We are all rooting for them too.

Don’t get all hung up on your legacies. I don’t know about SK and Theta, but many aren’t honoring legacies anymore. That doesn’t mean that they won’t love you and want you to join, just that you get no extra points or consideration for being a legacy. You can look on their national websites to see what their legacy policies are. On top of that, you may find another house that you like better. Regardless, good luck.
