Any house in the top row is a prominent, well recruited house. Tri delt could be on the top row just because they do a good recruitment. The second row usually have good pcs and are just less relevant but excel in other areas like grades or connections. Really depends on the pnm because not all girls want big social houses or drama that comes along with the top top houses.
Aphi gets its own line because while they have strong recruitment, they are definitely a space below the other houses when it comes to other areas of evaluation.
Gphi and dz are similar to aphi in their vibes but are better in the areas where aphi lacks. Usually take girls who didn’t get or want aphi.
Aopi and dg similar vibes more academic and sisterhood focused than gphi/dz. Less relevant.
