They’re probably the 6th best house. You don’t see much of the top houses on TikTok because they don’t have to do a full marketing campaign to get the top girls. The top girls will want those houses no matter what.

Girls drop Zeta once they realize they were love bombed during recruitment and are expected to run PR campaigns/ keep up appearances throughout their involvement with Zeta. It’s a popularity contest with them to see what frats want to swap with them. Top houses NEVER have to COB. They keep a large number of their PC’s into their senior year. Those houses care about their friends more than their followers.

They are one of the newest chapters here and haven’t been whatever they claimed here constantly. But if you post and preach repeatedly week by week that you are top of middle ppl will start believing that bs. Especially if your stans burry posts that call you out.
