TRUE TIERS W/ REASONING

The top six manage to all steal girls from each other. We are talking in-house sisters going another house on that tier. My reasoning for KD and ZTA being on their own tier is that they get plenty of the girls they want, but they aren’t able to steal the top sixes’s very top PNMs. Less than 10 girls will chose ZTA over PM. Less than 30 PNMs will choose KD over Kappa. KD fills the rest with random girls. ADPi and Pi phi get all the other great PNMs. The rest will go with an assortment of the rest of the houses with SK getting the girls that preferred every other house.

KKG, KD, DDD, XO, AXO and AGD all get their fair share of great instate girls every year. And it swings from year to year which house does best with which hometown.

Aphi actually had a ton of girls from Mobile this past year.

Might be controversial but IMO sk is doing really well for only being on campus for 5 years. Obviously they’re not going to have the status of a house that’s been at bama for decades, but for 5 years since they were recolonized, they look like they’ve built a great sisterhood in that time

Thank you. I am so tired of SK getting bashed and insulted on here. They are very genuine and sweet girls. Good sisterhood. And their mansion will be under construction in a few months. They came in 2018.

Not true. They had very good return rates compared to kd and agd last fall. And beware of Aphis hopping on the bandwagon plus pretending to be on the same tier… they are not. They get the fuglies we dropped after 1st round.

It depends what criteria you mean by stronger. If you mean low grades and lower retention of girls then yes they are stronger and if you use the criteria of good grades, good retention, and involvement then no they are not stronger.

2600 PNM rushing- almost all of them are beautiful, smart, accomplished girls with a lot to offer a chapter.
Your insinuating that 7 out of 17 chapters don’t get “great PNM’s” (since in your eyes Pi Phi & ADPi are as “low” as great PNM’s will go) is outdated, 30 years outdated and honestly unPanhellenic.
