Any house in the top row is a prominent, well recruited house. Tri delt could be on the top row or 2nd just because they are slightly less relevant than the rest however they do a good recruitment. The second row usually have good pcs and are just less relevant but excel in other areas like grades or connections. Really depends on the pnm because not all girls want big social houses or drama that comes along with the top top houses.
Aphi gets its own line because while they have strong recruitment, they are definitely a space below the other houses when it comes to other areas of evaluation.
Gphi and dz are similar to aphi in their vibes but are better in the areas where aphi lacks. Usually take girls who didn’t get or want aphi.
Aopi and dg similar vibes more academic and sisterhood focused than gphi/dz. Less relevant.

Clearly you don’t actually go here. Zeta is not a top house. They are too in social media, but they do not have a good reputation on campus. They’re not top in anything other than social media. They lose1/3 of the freshman in less than a year and the girls they’l do take have no real substance. Not great grades, not great involvement in campus, minimal in honor societies, very lacking in community service.
It’s a house of girls that backstab each other and sleep around.
If that’s a top house for you, then great. But don’t come on here trying to say they’re a top house on this campus, because they’re not.

Will you STOP with the Zeta bullying. Your comments are just plain mean. A LOT of girls, especially from OOS love Zeta. It was my first choice, but ended up in a different house....probably one that a prude like you would approve of...

You are either super shallow or you do not go here. Aphi "better looking?" Have you seen the girls they brought in? Especially in the spring? They accepted everyone - regardless of LOOKS and Grades!!!
ADPi has A LOT more social events than AGD - better sisterhood, less drama. KD is great for local girls only.
I agree with KAT being moved up.

No matter what you say and how many times you say it - Zeta is the #1 choice for MANY pnm's. Their social media is fun and many girls there love their sisterhood.
