So I am basing this off the reality of recruitment and girls interests. If this was based on the actual strength of the house, it would be different. Explanations below.
PM / XO / KKG / DDD / AXO > ZTA
These are the top houses and appeal to many different types of girls. It’s not fair to say 2 houses are the top when for ex. KKG & XO girls are not even looking at PM/ZTA. Reality is that ZTA is the top house for a certain type. However, as a house as a whole and sisterhood, they have a lot of issues, therefore I placed “>” bc the others are actual better houses as a whole. All on this line will dominate.
AGD / KD / PBP / > APHI
Next round. AGD/KD are here because they are strong for a certain type, but don’t edge out their competitors. AXO/XO>AGD. KKG>KD. PBP goes here bc a lot of the northern girls cut from OR above will fall into here. APHI like ZTA as a house is not stronger than any house on this line (and not all below), but again, this is based off recruitment and interests, and all those girly girls PM/ZTA types will land here next.
ADP / > DZ / GPHI
I almost put ADP a line above, but I feel like girls cut from AGD and sometimes PBP will end up here so put them down. They are absolutely a stronger house than DZ/GPHI, and ZTA/APHI above though. DZ / GPHI are moving up each year, but I still feel they’re too much of a mix of girls that could’ve gone houses below or above. I think they’re becoming more social than ADP.
AOPI / DG / KAT
A mix of girls. I feel like if you’re coming into rush blind, this is where you’ll end up. A lot of girls in the first two rows have already dirty rushed and made their case to their girls. Hidden gems in these houses, they just kinda compete against whose left that falls here.
SK
New house so honestly just sort of leftovers or girls that want to be in a sorority but aren’t actually sorority girls…if that makes sense.

Being third in line behind Phi Mu and Zeta for the spray tanned, blonde extension girls can still leave you at the bottom.
The VAST majority of girls going through rush don’t look like stripper, Cheeto Zetas.

Aphi does in NO WAY belong to the 2nd group OP described. In no way.
You can compare them to GPhi or better put them on their own. No other chapter was on national news or messed it up like them.

ADPi is a solid row above GPhi in the rankings. GPhi has 10% hot girls and the rest are basement girls. ADPi’s are way more consistent in their appearance.

It wasn’t meant to be a bad thing. SKs don’t fall in line like most sorority girls. They’re just all different types and do them.

I’m hard pressed to believe AXO doesn’t have some of the highest ranks of where girls WANT to return. I think the question is, which house has to do the deepest cuts at the start of the week?

Doesn’t change the fact that they’re the 3rd in line after PM/ZTA for those types of girls. Two things can be true at the same time lol.
