A little recruitment breakdown from a former a

First voting rounds these are the house that have to make the biggest cuts because they show up on 95%of the PNM's top 12.
PM, ZETA, XO, KAPPA, TRI DELT, AXO- these are the most desired houses by PNM's for whatever reasons.

KD, AGD, PI PHI, ADII run a close second to this.

Then there are variations of the others.

Same thing will happen after philanthropy and there will be more harsh cuts . If you have a full card for philanthropy you probably won't for sisterhood and that is OK and very standard.


First round cuts really aren't personal and shouldn't be seen as such. All of the houses are really good just don't go in with perceived notions on what you think you should be because it doesn't always end up that way.

My top three favorite were in top line. I had them on my card after the first cuts. I had them ranked 1, 2, and 3 after 2nd round. I was cut from all three and was pretty bummed. I ended up in a house in the 2nd line and couldn't be happier.

I am a recent graduate (OR) and you cannot even compare ADPI to Aphi. Apples to oranges. Alpha Phi has been falling hard over the last two years. Just stop...

Actually I did omit Alpha Phi form the second line. The should be there as well as the others.

The 3rd grouping would be DZ, G PHI and DG. These 3 become very popular when ones from the first line fall off of a PNM's card/

THIS!!! full schedules aren’t to be expected. I only had 2 houses left after philanthropy round and of course I was discouraged but i still found a house I love! You only need 1 in the end!!

This is accurate. I went into recruitment full of myself. 4.6 GPA, homecoming queen, world champion cheer, etc. Even though I still had 12 on my card after first cuts, my top three choices weren't on there. (DDD, Kappa, and AXO). Super humbling...I still love my house though. It is considered upper mid - but great sisterhoodamd no drama..One of my fav houses I still could see myself in - but I just wasn't what they were.looking for...good luck to all.
