Trying not to be swayed by TT
by: Rushing !!Hey - genuinely as a freshman im trying not to be influenced too much by social media but is the zeta sisterhood as fun as it looks? Also people have been saying they only really see alpha phi and the White House girls but if the other sorority aren't that popular on tiktok is there a reason why? Just trying to understand how it all works before rush

The top houses aren’t all over your FYP because they don’t need to be. It’s the middle houses (looking at you Zeta) that don’t have much to offer in the way of sisterhood, networking, and genuine friendship that resort to excessive amounts of TikTok to make you think it’s fun to be a Zeta.
Spoiler alert: it’s not. Look at their retention rates. Girls pledge and then drop out.
Don’t fall for any house blowing up TT.

To say that an organization that has one of the biggest and well run IO’s has no networking possibilities is ridiculous. You do know most people want to branch out of Alabama once school is over right?
I feel like this is a Tuscaloosa mom of a KD who can’t let go and still has her KA old south week dress from 1985 still hanging in her closet.

“Don’t need to be”…..meaning they think they are better than everyone else.
Maybe next year just get better social media so you aren’t so triggered by other houses TikToks. Then you won’t have to explain it’s because you are so great you don’t need it. So predictable!
